Oven Frozen Fan 200°C Cook time: - 45 min. Gas 6 Pre-heat for 10 minutes. Remove outer carton and plastic bag. Place onto a baking tray and cook in the middle of the oven for 45 MINUTES. Microwave Frozen Cook time: - 12 min. 800w Remove from outer carton. Do not pierce or remove plastic bag. Place on a microwaveable plate and cook for 6 MINUTES. Stand for 1 minute, return to microwave and continue to cook for a further 6 MINUTES. PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN OPENING THIS PRODUCT AS THERE MAY BE A BUILD-UP OF STEAM.
