Oven cook - From Chilled. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked, juices run clear and that no pink colour remains. Avoid bag touching heating elements or flame in oven. Do not reheat. 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6 1 hour 35 min Pre-heat oven as shown and place the chicken in its bag on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Do Not pierce bag before cooking. Cook for 1 hour 35 minutes. To brown your chicken; 10 minutes before the end of cooking, remove from the oven and using a pair of scissors carefully cut the bag along the dotted line and remove panel. Return to the oven for a further 10 minutes. Take extra care when removing from the oven and opening the bag as it will contain hot cooking juices. Remove and pierce the thickest part of the breast meat with a skewer to check that there is no pink meat and the juices run clear. Allow to rest for 10 minutes before carving.
