Cooking instructions: other To pan fry and oven cook from chilled Before cooking: Remove all packaging. Allow steak to reach room temperature. . Rub with 5ml of vegetable oil and season with a pinch of salt & pepper. Preheat oven to 200C/ Fan 180C/ Gas 6. Pre-heat frying pan to a high heat. During Cooking: For best results the pan must be hot. Seal steak for 4 minutes turning regularly. Transfer steak from the pan and place onto pre-heated tray into the oven. Cooking times for rare are 7 - 9 minutes, medium 9 - 11 minutes, well done 14 - 16 minutes, turning half-way through. After cooking: Remove from the tray and allow to rest for 2 minutes before serving. This product should be cooked until it is piping hot throughout. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. If cooked rare there is a small chance that harmful bacteria may still be present. Pan fry from chilled High heat 9 - 11 minutes. Warnings: This product contains raw meat. Keep raw meat separate from cooked foods. Raw meat may contain organisms hazardous to health. Cook thoroughly until piping hot throughout. If not fully cooked in accordance with the instructions harmful bacteria may remain.
