Cooking instructions
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, reseal the packet using the tab located on the back of pack, store in an airtight container and use within 2 weeks. Alternatively, keep refrigerated and enjoy within 2 weeks. Your coffee can also be stored in the freezer and used within 4 weeks. Do not refreeze once defrosted. Cafetiere: Warm the pot and add a rounded dessert spoon of coffee per person - more if you a fan of stronger cup. Boil the water and wait before pouring on to avoid scalding the coffee. Brew for 3-5 minutes with the plunger off - or slightly longer if you like it stronger - then simply plunge and enjoy! Filter machine: Add one rounded dessert spoon of coffee per person, or a little more or less depending on how you like your coffee.
