Place pouch, printed side up, on microwavable plate. Do not cut slit in pouch. 2. Microwave on high according to chart until thoroughly cooked. Microwave Wattage (Wattages vary; adjust time for your microwave. Do not leave microwave unattended): 1200 Watts: 3 to 3-1/2 min time on high. 1000 Watts: 4 to 5 min time on high; 700 Watts: 5-1/2 to 5-1/2 min. 3. Let stand 1 minute. Caution: Hot! Pull or cut to open. Empty into serving dish; stir. Stove-top: important: do not heat pouch in boiling water. Empty contents of pouch into 1-quart nonstick saucepan. Add 2 tablespoons water. Cover; cook over medium heat 9 to 15 minutes, breaking up and stirring occasionally.
