Must cook thoroughly. Directions: For food safety and quality, follow the cooking directions. Before eating, cook thoroughly to at least 165 degrees F. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Do not thaw. Adjust cook times and heat settings as needed. Refrigerate leftovers. Microwave Recommended Method: 1. Remove pouch from carton, Race pouch, printed side up, on microwavable plate. Do not cut slit in pouch. 2. Microwave on High according to chart until thoroughly cooked. Microwave Wattage: 1200: 6 to 6-1/2 min time on high. Microwave Wattage: 1000;7-1/2 to 8 min time on high. Microwave Wattage: 700; 9-1/2 to 10 min. (Wattages vary; adjust time for microwave. Do not leave microwave unattended). 3. Let stand 1 minute. Caution: Hot! Pull or cut to open. Empty into serving dish; stir. Stove Top: Important: Do not heat pouch in boiling water. Empty contents of pouch into 2-quart nonstick saucepan. Cover; cook over medium heat 11 to 17 minutes, breaking up and stirring occasionally.
