Microwave Wattage (Wattages vary; adjust time for your microwave Do not leave microwave unattended): 700; Time on High: 6 to 6-1/2 min. 3. Remove from microwave. Let stand 1 minute. Caution: Hot! Pull or cut to open. Empty into serving dish; stir. Stove-Top: Important: Do not heat pouch in boiling water. Empty contents of pouch into nonstick skillet. Cover; cook over medium, heat 9 to 13 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly cooked.
