How to prepare Sclafani gnocchi. Remove from packaging. Pour gnocchi in boling salted water. Stirring occasionally, boil gnocchi for 2-3 minutes until they float to the top. Drain and serve with your favorite Sclafani sauce and freshly grated pecorino romano or parmigiano reggiano. In plastic bag, refrigerate any unused portion and consume within 3 days. Sclafani serving suggestions: For a quick and easy gourmet meal try Sclafani's traditional homestyle jar sauces with your gnocchi. Cook gnocchi as described above, heat and add one of these delicious Sclafani sauces: Sclafani Filetto Di Pomodoro sauce: A wonderful light sauce made with fresh ripened peeled tomatoes and all natural ingredients. Fresh basil leaf is added for that traditional homestyle flavor. Sclafani vodka sauce: A velvety smooth and creamy sauce made with fresh heavy cream and all the finest ingredients money can buy. Sclafani pesto sauce: Place a tablespoon of our natural pesto sauce over individual servings of the cooked gnocchi, mix until well covered and to your desired taste. Creates a true Italian gourmet meal. Vacuum packed for freshness. Store in a cool dry place. Needs no refrigeration. Do not cook in pouch.
