Fill deep fryer basket half full of frozen fries and carefully lower into hot oil. Deep fry 3 to 3-1/2 minutes. Drain and spread on absorbent paper. Season to taste and serve immediately. Pan Fry with Oil (It is recommended when using this cooking method, to use non-hydrogenated cooking oil): Heat 3 tablespoons of cooking oil in electric skillet or large frying pan to medium heat (350 degrees F). Carefully add frozen fries in a single layer. Stir to evenly distribute the oil. Cover with a lid and heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring frequently for uniform cooking. Spread on absorbent paper. Serve immediately. Caution: Ice crystals on frozen foods can cause spattering when added to hot oil. Always add product carefully. Note: Cook to light golden color. Cooking times vary depending on appliance power. Watch carefully during the final minutes of preparation. When cooking smaller amounts, reduce cooking time. Do not overcook. Product must be fully cooked for food safety and quality. For best quality, microwave cooking not recommended.

Keep frozen. To Store: Keep frozen until ready to use. To reclose bag, twist open end and secure with rubber band or twist-tie. If thawed, cook promptly. Store at 0 degrees F. Check freezer temperature with thermometer and adjust controls as needed.
