Carefully add a single layer of potatoes. Cover with a lid and fry for 10 to 12 minutes turning once for uniform cooking. Drain and spread on absorbent paper. Season to taste and serve immediately. A non-stick spray may be used in place of oil. Pan Fry with Water: Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat (350 degrees F). Carefully add a single layer of potatoes to skillet with 3 tablespoons of water. Cover with a lid and fry 10 to 12 minutes, turning once for uniform cooking. Season to taste and serve immediately. Caution: Ice crystals on frozen foods can cause spattering when added to hot oil. Always add product carefully. Note: Cook to light golden color. Cooking times vary depending on appliance power. Watch carefully during the final minutes of preparation. When cooking smaller amounts, reduce cooking time. Do not overcook. Product must be fully cooked for food safety and quality. For best quality, microwave cooking not recommended. To Store: Keep frozen until ready to use. To reclose bag, twist open end and secure with rubber band or twist-tie. If thawed, cook promptly. Store at 0 degrees F. Check freezer temperature with thermometer and adjust controls as needed.
