Cooking Instructions: Microwave: Remove tray from package and remove film. Place the product still frozen in the microwave at 800W for 5 minutes. For different wattages please adjust times accordingly. Wait two minutes before serving. Oven Bake: Remove tray from package and remove film. Place the product still frozen on a baking tray on the middle shelf of a pre-heated oven at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 20 minutes or until thoroughly cooked and piping hot thoroughly. Appliances vary; cooking times are approximate. Keep frozen. Cook thoroughly.
