Cooking instructions

Keep refrigerated. Partially cooked. Cook until product center reaches 160 degrees F. Pan Fry Cooking Instructions: Remove wrapper. Apply your favorite glaze if desired. Fry steak in a pre-heated pan at medium setting. Cook approximately 3 minutes each side for ham steaks and 8 minutes each side for thick cut steaks. Cook until product center reaches 160 degrees F. Grill/Boil Cooking Instructions: Remove wrapper. Apply your favorite glaze if desired. Pre-heat grill/broiler. Set broiler pan 3 inches from heat. Cook approximately 3 minutes each side for ham steaks or thick cut steaks. Cook until product center reaches 160 degrees F. Microwave Cooking Instructions: Remove wrapper. To prevent curling, make several cuts in edge of steak. Place on microwave dish and cover with paper towel. Use high setting and cook ham steaks for 4-5 minutes and thick cut steaks for 6-7 minutes. Cook until product center reaches 160 degrees F. Apply your favorite glaze if desired. Serving Suggestions: By following the above cooking instructions, our ham is a great addition to any meal. Serve with eggs for a morning breakfast. For lunch, slice and add to your favorite salad, soup and sandwiches. Prepare a variety of sauces and serve with vegetables for dinner. Don't forget: Kabobs, casseroles, stir fry and pasta dishes. Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry.
