Food must be cooked thoroughly to 165 degrees F. Stove Top - Full Bag: Preferred Method. (1) Add 2 tablespoons vegetable oil to a large nonstick skillet. Open sauce pouch and empty into skillet. Add frozen meal. (2) Cover and cook over medium-high heat 16 to 19 minutes, stirring occasionally. (3) Check that food is cooked thoroughly. Careful, it's hot! Stir and serve. Stove Top - 1/3 Bag: Preferred method. (1) Open one sauce pouch and one-third of the frozen meal (about 4 cups) into a large non stick skillet. Add 1/3 cup of water. (2) Cover and cook over medium-high heat 10 to 11 minutes, stirring occasionally. (3) Check that food is cooked thoroughly. Careful, it's hot! Stir and serve. Microwave Oven: Do not microwave in bag. (1) Open one sauce pouch and empty into an 8-inch square microwave-safe dish. Add half of the frozen meal (about 4-1/2 cups) and cover. (2) Microwave on high 5 minutes; stir thoroughly and replace cover. (3) Microwave an additional 4 to 5 minutes. (4) Check that food is cooked thoroughly. Careful, it's hot! Let stand covered 2 minutes. Stir and serve. Keep frozen.
