Cooking Directions: 1. Bring plenty of water to a boil in a large pot. 2. Add frozen udon to boiling water. Return to a boil. Cook for about 1 minute. 3. Remove from heat and drain well. For stir-fry udon, rinse udon with cold water until cool. Drain well. Stir-fry with your favorite meat, vegetables and seasoning. Microwave Cooking Instruction: Remove frozen noodle from wrap and place on a microwave-safe plate. Cover with a plastic wrap and poke a few holes for venting. Follow heating instruction below based on a 1200w microwave. For 1 pc: 2 min 30 sec. For 2 pcs: 4 min. 30 sec. For 3 pcs: 6 min. 30 sec. Keep frozen. Once thawed, eat as soon as possible. Do not refreeze. Hot Kitsune Udon: Place well drained udon into a bowl. Add soup, seasoned fried bean curd and green onion. Cold Zaru Udon: Rinse udon with cold water until cool. Drain well. Enjoy with green onion, wasabi and your favorite dipping sauce. Nabe Udon: Place frozen udon into a hot pot with your favorite soup stock and simmer. Keep frozen.
