Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Place frozen fish in a single layer on lightly oiled shallow baking pan. Bake for 16 to 18 minutes, turning over halfway through cooking. Let sit for 2 minutes before serving. Note: Since appliances vary, these cooking instructions are only a guideline. Cook to an internal temperature of 155 degrees F minimum. Keep frozen.
