Preheat oil to 350 degrees F. Fry egg rolls for 4-5 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 165 F. If egg rolls are thawed completely, reduce cooking time to 3-4 minutes. Microwave: 3. Microwave oven: (For soft and tender egg rolls) Instructions based on 1100-watt microwave oven, cooking times based on one egg roll and may vary. Frozen: 2 minutes on high power, turning over once to reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Thawed: 1 minute on high power, turning over once to reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Keep frozen.
