How to Brew: 1. Always use fresh, cold water in your machine. 2. Measure one rounded tablespoon of coffee for each 6-ounce cup of water. Vary these measurements to suit your taste. 3. Never let coffee boil. Coffee left on a burner will overcook and evaporate, leaving a burnt flavor. Want to keep it warm over a few hours? Transfer it to a carafe. 4. Discard your filter and coffee grinds immediately after the brew cycle to prevent bitter oil from dripping into the coffee. How to Store: 1. Once opened, this coffee will keep fresh on your shelf for about 10 days, in the refrigerator for about 3 weeks, or in your freezer for nearly 3 months. 2. If you store coffee in the freezer, never let the container sit out at room temperature. Condensation can form and eventually stale the coffee.
