Cooking instructions

Store in a cool, dry place. HOW TO MAKE: Bake time may vary depending on your equipment. Sugar Cookies (makes 15 cookies) You will need: 1 ¾ cups mix 7 Tbsp butter, softened ½ tsp baking soda 1 large egg ½ tsp vanilla extract Preheat oven to 350 degrees F with rack in center. 1. Beat butter, 1 ¾ cups cookie mix and baking soda in mixing bowl on MED-HIGH about 2 min. 2. Add egg and vanilla; mix on MED 1 -2 min until forms uniform dough. 3. Grease baking sheet or line with parchment paper. Drop rounded tablespoons onto baking sheet, placed about 2- inches apart. Press with fingers to flatten slightly. 4. Bake 9-12 min until lightly golden. Cool on wire rack. Option: To make Snickerdoodle cookies, roll balls of dough in mixture of 2 Tbsp sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon. Bake as directed above.
