Cooking instructions

Store in a cool, dry place. HOW TO MAKE: Bake time may vary depending on your equipment. You will need: 1 package mix 3 large eggs ½ cup milk ½ cup vegetable oil Preheat oven to 350 degrees F with rack in center. 1. Grease or use cooking spray on two 8-inch round cake pans. 2. Add cake mix into mixing bowl. Measure eggs, milk and oil in separate bowl. Slowly pour wet ingredients into mixer on LOW just to moisten. 3. Continue at MED-HIGH 1 ½ min until light and fluffy. Divide batter evenly; spread into pans. 4. Bake 24 – 27 min. Cake is done when toothpick inserted in center comes out mostly clean (Be Careful Not To Over Bake). Cool 10 min; remove from pan. If frosting cake, cool completely. Cupcakes (makes 12 cupcakes): Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 1. Line cupcake pan with baking cups or use cooking spray. Scoop batter evenly. 2. Bake 19-21 min.

Cane Sugar, Corn Starch, Potato Starch, Tapioca Starch, Sorghum Flour, Whey Protein Concentrate (Whey Protein Concentrate, Sunflower Lecithin), Modified Corn Starch, Egg White, Baking Powder (Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Corn Starch, Monocalcium Phosphate), Natural Flavor, Sea Salt,Xanthan Gum.
