How to cook. Bring Pizza Dough to room temperature in bag or an oiled bowl for 1-2 hours. Preheat oven to 400F with rack in center. Hand shape or roll to desired shape, 1/4 inch thick. Place on a large, greased baking sheet or pizza pan, pressing out any air bubbles forming to fit pan. Add your favorite toppings. Bake about 20 minutes or until cheese bubbles and it is golden brown. - - Ingredients: Dough (Wheat Flour, Water, Kosher Salt, Extra Virgin Olive Oil,Yeast).
