Cooking instructions

Muffins You will need: 2 eggs, 1/4 cup oil or melted butter 1 cup water (or fruit juice). Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly grease muffin pan (or use paper cups). Combine 2 eggs, 14 cup oil and 1 cup water. Add mix and blend well. Bake 12-15 minutes or until tops turn a light golden brown. Makes about 12 muffins. Scone directions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly grease cookie sheet. Cut 8 tablespoons cold butter into dry mix using pastry blender or forks until somewhat crumbly. Add 2 beaten eggs and 1/3 cup milk and stir until just combined. Shape into 8 disks, wetting fingers if needed. Sprinkle with sugar if desired. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. For either: Try adding: dried cherries, dried or fresh cranberries, blueberries, chocolate chips, nuts, poppyseeds, lemon or orange zest.

Sweet Brown Rice Flour, Cane Sugar, Brown Rice Flour, Salt, Tapioca Starch, Arrowroot Powder, Rice Syrup Solids (Rice Syrup Solids, Rice Protein, Tocopherols), Citrus Fiber, Cream of Tartar, Baking Soda, Salt and Ground Vanilla Bean.
