HOW TO COOK:Cook times may vary depending on your equipment.Cook thoroughly to 165 degrees F.Conventional oven temperature should not exceed 400 degrees F.Keep frozen until ready to cook. Do not refreeze.Refrigerate or discard any unused portion.Do not use tray to reheat unused portions.Microwave (1100 watts):1. Remove tray from box and place on microwave safe plate. Lift one corner of the plastic film to vent.2. Cook on HIGH 3 minutes. Carefully peel film from tray; stir. Replace film. Cook on HIGH an additional 2 -2 ½ minutes or until thoroughly cooked.3. Let rest in microwave 2-3 minutes before serving; use potholders to remove.Carefully peel film from tray.Oven:Preheat oven to 375 degrees F with rack in center.1. Remove tray from box. Remove and discard plastic film. Cover tray loosely with aluminum foil; place on baking sheet.2. Bake 45 minutes. Carefully remove foil and stir. Bake an additional 5 - 8 minutes oruntil thoroughly cooked.3. Carefully remove baking sheet from oven using potholders; rest 2-3 minutes before serving.Caution: Tray and contents will be hot.
