Add desired amount to boiling water. 1 pound of this base will make 5 gallons. 4 ounces will make 1 gallon. 1 level teaspoon will make 1 cup. Use this base for richer flavor in chicken ala king, chicken pies, fricassees, curries and other dishes where chicken flavor is desired.
