Keep Frozen. HOW TO COOK: Cooking times may vary depending on your equipment. Cook thoroughly to 165 degrees F. You will need: 1 Tbsp sesame oil. 1 Tbsp sunflower butter. ½ cup vegetable broth. Stovetop: 1. Heat large, non-stick skillet on HIGH, add sesame oil. 2. Add contents of package to skillet; carefully stirring 2 minutes. 3. Reduce heat to MEDIUM-HIGH; stir in sunflower butter and broth. Cover. 4. Cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until thoroughly cooked. Remove from heat; stir and serve. Chef Tip: Use your favorite nut or seed butter in place of the sunflower butter.
