Cooking instructions
Oven/Toaster Oven (recommended): Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F. Remove Veggie Cake(s) from all packaging. Place Veggie Cake(s) on a baking sheet and heat for approximately 18 minutes. Microwave: Heat in bag on high for approximately 45 seconds. Caution: Bag will be hot! Microwave times are based on a 1000 watt oven and may vary due to wattage. Heat product until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Keep frozen.

Vegetable Blend (Broccoli, Carrots, Cauliflower, Red Bell Peppers, Kale, Onions, Zucchini), Brown Rice, Egg Whites, Whole Eggs, Canola Oil, Corn Starch, Seasoning Blend (Dried Onion, Spices, Salt, Sugar, Corn Starch, Natural Flavor, Tomato, Onion, Garlic Powder), Black Pepper.
