Cook thoroughly. Quorn Meatless Fillets are not ready to eat and require further cooking for food safety and quality. Remove all packaging. Cook from frozen. Ensure Quorn meatless pieces reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F or above before serving. For best results, cook on the stove top. Stove Top: 12 min. Place 2 Quorn Meatless Fillets and your favorite sauce in to a skillet. Simmer on a medium heat for 12 minutes turning frequently. Microwave: 1000w. 3 min 45 sec. Place 1 Quorn Meatless Fillet on a microwave safe plate, cover loosely with plastic wrap and heat on high 1 minute 45 seconds. Allow to stand for 2 minutes. Caution. Fillets and plate will be hot and steam may escape when removing plastic wrap. Please note that microwave cooking times may vary depending on appliance wattage. Always cook thoroughly. All appliances vary, cooking times are approximate. Keep frozen. Storage Instructions: Keep frozen. Do not refreeze once thawed. After cooking, Quorn Vegan Meatless Fillets will keep up to 3 days in the refrigerator.
