Cooking instructions

Keep frozen. Oven: Pre-heat oven on bake to 450 degrees F. Place Starfish Gluten Free fish portions on a non oiled baking sheet. Bake for 13-14 minutes until golden brown. Turn the fish over after 7 minutes return to oven and continue baking. Remove portions from the oven and let them cool slightly before eating. Deep Fry: Set deep fryer temperature to 350 degrees F and pre-heat. Once oil has reached temperature place Starfish Gluten Free fish portions into oil for 2-3 minutes until batter is golden brown. Remove from fryer and place on paper towels allowing fish to cool slightly before eating. Serving Suggestions: Serve Starfish Gluten Free Crispy Battered Haddock for lunch or dinner entree. Makes a great sandwich on a gluten free roll or bun, with sliced tomatoes, onions and avocados and a gluten free tarter or mayo and a squeeze of fresh lime and a side of sweet potato fries. Or place a gluten free haddock fillet in a corn tortilla with salsa, chopped lettuce or cabbage, chopped onions with a squeeze of fresh lime.

Haddock, Water, Yellow Corn Flour, Rice Flour, Modified Corn Starch, Salt, Leavening (Sodium Bicarbonate, Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate), Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Xanthan Gum, Guar Gum, Canola Oil.
