Cooking instructions
Cooking Directions: Remove waffles from the wrapper. Oven or Toaster Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place waffles on wire rack in oven for approximately 1-2 minutes. Individual oven temperatures may vary. Toaster: Heat waffles on lowest setting until crisp & warm. Microwave: Place waffle on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave on high for 15-25 seconds. Use caution as product will be hot. Enjoy protein packed Cauli-Wafels with syrup, fruit, whipped cream - any way you like! Keep frozen.
