Cooking instructions

Bake: Oven/Toaster Oven (preferred method): Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place frozen patty on cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes. Flip and cook another 5-10 minutes or until lightly browned. Microwave: Microwave: Remove patty from plastic and place on a microwave safe plate. Cook on high for 1 minute. Carefully flip and cook an additional 1 minute. Based on 1100 watt microwave. Microwave ovens vary. Times given are approximate. Pan/Stove Top: Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a small saute pan. Cook frozen patty on medium heat for about 6 minutes on each side or until lightly browned. Cooking Instructions: Keep frozen prior to use. For food safety cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Serving Suggestions: On a bun; Salad or bowl; Wrap or taco. Keep frozen.

Cooked Green Lentils (Water, Lentils), Cooked Garbanzo Beans (Water, Garbanzo Beans), Expeller-Pressed Oil (Canola and/or Safflower and/or Sunflower), Cauliflower, Carrot, Faba Bean Protein Concentrate, Ground Flaxseed, Green Peas, Red Peppers, Potato Starch, Dried Minced Onion, Garbanzo Bean Flour, Parsley, Sea Salt, Granulated Garlic, Smoked Paprika, White Pepper.
