Cooking instructions

Cooking Directions: Spice it up with Mandarin Oranges and Pinenuts! Stove Top: 1. In a medium saucepan, bring 1 to 3/4 cups of water and 1 tablespoon of butter, margarine or oil to a boil. 2. Add rich, contents of seasoning packet and bring back to a boil. 3. Reduce heat to low and cover saucepan. 4. Simmer 15-20 minutes or until rice is tender. 5. Remove saucepan from heat. 6. Let saucepan cool for 5-10 minutes covered before serving. Microwave: 1. In a 1-quart microwave safe bowl, combine rice and 1 tablespoon of butter, margarine, or oil. 2. Microwave for 1 minute uncovered. 3. Remove and stir in contents of seasoning packet. 4. Add 3 cups of water and microwave on high for 20-25 minutes uncovered, or until rice is tender. 5. Remove and let bowl cool 5-10 minutes before serving.

Enriched Long Grain Parboiled Rice [Niacin, Iron (Ferric Orthophosphate), Thiamine (Thiamine Mononitrate), Folic Acid], Dehydrated Vegetables (Onion, Bell Peppers, Garlic), Salt, Powdered Cooked Chicken, Monosodium Glutamate, Soy Sauce Powder [Soy Sauce (Soybeans, Salt, Wheat), Maltodextrin, Salt], Spices, Dill Weed, Ground Mustard, and Natural Flavor.
