Let sit for 2-3 minutes to thicken before serving. 2 Servings: 3/4 cup water; 1 tbsp unsalted butter; 1/4 tsp salt; 1/4 cup cold milk; 2/3 cup potato flakes. 4 Servings: 1-1/2 cup water; 2 tbsp unsalted butter; 1/2 tsp salt; 1/2 cup cold milk; 1-1/3 cups potato flakes. 8 Servings: 3 cups water; 4 tbsp unsalted butter; 1 tsp salt; 1 cup cold milk; 2-2/3 cups potato flakes. Store in a cool, dry place.
