Cooking instructions
What You Need: Soberdough bread mix. 12 oz. beer or carbonated water. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. Baking Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 5 x 9 loaf pan. Pour: 12 oz. beer or carbonated water into a medium bowl. Add your Soberdough mix and cheese. Stir: Together until blended. Pour batter into pan and spread out. Bake: For 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. For a butter crush: Pour 2 tbsp, melted butter over the top and bake 5 minutes more. Slice and enjoy! Baking Time: 5 x 9 loaf pan 45 minutes. Muffin pan 20 - 25 minute makes 12 muffins. 8 x 8 square pan 20 - 25 minutes. Beer Pairing Guide: Little to no beer taste: Common beers like Bud, Bud light, etc. For Craft Beer Fans: Pilsners, Pale Ales, American Lagers. Non-Alcohol Option: Sparkling water or club soda.

Unbleached Nonbromated Enriched Flour (Wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Malted Barley Flour, Ascorbic Acid (Dough Conditioner), Cane Sugar, Hatch Green Chile, Aluminum Free Baking Powder, Onion, Kosher Salt, Baking Soda.
