Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: Skillet Fry - place frozen burgers in uncovered skillet. Fry on medium setting for 9 minutes on each side (18 min total) (Cooking times are approximate, always cook patties to a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees F. We recommend that you do not press the patties while they are cooking for them to retain the natural juices that enhance their flavor). Oven Broiler - preheat broiler for 4 minutes. Place frozen burgers on broiler rack, or pan oven rack in broiler. Broil for 6 minutes for each side (12 min total) (Cooking times are approximate, always cook patties to a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees F. We recommend that you do not press the patties while they are cooking for them to retain the natural juices that enhance their flavor). Charcoal Grill - cook frozen burgers on grill approximately 1-1/2 inches to 2 inches over hot coals. Grill for approx 9 minutes to each side (18 min total) (Cooking times are approximate, always cook patties to a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees F.
