Cooking instructions
Italian Salad Dressing: Prep Time: 5 minutes. Makes: 1-1/4 cups. You Will Need: 1 pkg. Mccormick Seasoning Mix. 3/4 cup vegetable or olive oil. 1/4 cup white wine vinegar or white balsamic vinegar 1 1/4cup water. (1) Mix oil, vinegar, water and Seasoning Mix in medium bowl with wire whisk. (2) Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Whisk dressing before serving. Baked Italian chicken: Brush 1 1/2 lbs. Boneless chicken breasts or thighs with 1 tbsp. Oil. Coat chicken evenly with Seasoning Mix. Place on large foil-lined baking pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray. Bake in preheated 400 degree F oven 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese if desired. Kitchen Tips: Prepare Italian Salad Dressing as directed. Use as a marinade for chicken, steak or pork. Drizzle potatoes or veggies with oil and toss with Seasoning Mix before roasting.
