Cooking instructions
Flame & flavor, your away. Use as a marinade. 1/4 cup oil, 1/4 cup water, 1-1/2 lbs chicken steak or pork. (1) Whisk together seasoning mix, oil and water in bowl. Reserve 2 tbsp. marinade for basting. Place meat and remaining marinade in resealable plastic bag. (2) Refrigerate 15 minutes or longer. Remove meat from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade. (3) Grill until cooked through. basting with reserved marinade during last few minutes of cooking. Try as a marinade, burger mix- in or rub. Mix in Burgers: Mix seasoning mix with 1-1/2 lbs ground beef. Shape into 6 patties. Grill until cooked through. Use as a Rub: Rub seasoning mix on 1-1/2 lbs chicken, steak or pork. Grill until cooked through.
