Cooking instructions
Easy to make 1 teaspoon will do. Drink it sweet or make it neat, however you want to enjoy this polyphenol treat. Ride the zen-high then resupply when your energy levels do not comply. Hot (175 degrees F) or cold - 8 oz of water or milk of choice. 1 tsp of matcha. Blend, whisk, stir or shake.
