Cooking instructions
Mixing: Shake well before using to assure proper measurement (Product settles in shipment). Pour Gatorade mix into a plastic or glass container. Add cold water. Stir until mix is completely dissolved. Hydrate. Store in refrigerator. To Make: 12 fl oz: 1/3 scoop Gatorade mix, 1-1/2 cups (12 fl oz) cold water; 1 Quart: 1 scoop Gatorade mix, 4 cups (1 quart) cold water; 2 Quarts: 2 scoops Gatorade mix, 8 cups (2 quarts) cold water; 1 Gallon: 4 scoops Gatorade mix, 16 cups (1 gallon) cold water. For optimal performance benefits, do not vary from mixing instructions. Keep in cool, dry place. Replace plastic lid tightly after use.
