Insert one Bulletproof Coffee Pod into your single-cup brewer and brew one 8-ounce cup of Bulletproof coffee. 2. Add 1-2 tablespoons of grass-fed unsalted butter and 1 serving of Bulletproof Brain Octane oil. (We suggest starting with just 1 teaspoon of Brain Octane oil and gradually increasing the amount to 1-2 tablespoons). 3. Blend until frothy and enjoy. Drink. Energize. Perform.
