Cooking instructions
Keep frozen. 2 pieces per package. How to Thaw: Thaw times may vary depending on your equipment. Refrigerate after thawing. Microwave (1100 watts) Quick Thaw:1.Place package of tofu on microwave-safe plate. Pierce hole in package with fork. 2.Cook on High 60 seconds or until tofu is soft yet cold to the touch. Cold Water Thaw: 1.Place package of tofu into large bowl of cold water. 2.Place bowl into sink and allow a small stream of cold running water to thaw tofu 45-60 minutes. Refrigerator Thaw: 1.Place package of tofu on plate in refrigerator. Thaw 5 hours or overnight. Use thawed in tofu soups, stir-fries or your favorite Asian recipe. Cook thoroughly to 165 degrees F. Refrigerate after thawing and use within 7 days.
