Cooking instructions
Cultivate your culture! Pour your Buchi Kefir into a gallon sized jar, cover with a cloth, and let sit for 48 hours. Ferment! Add 3/4 gallon of water and 1 cup of sugar to the jar. Cover with a cloth and age 24-48 hours. Enjoy! Flavor with your favorite juices or herbs. Refrigerate and share! Perishable. Keep refrigerated. Separation is natural. Tilt gently before opening.
