Cooking instructions
Bake: 45 minutes. One loaf. What you need. Soberdough bread mix. 12 oz. beer or carbonated water. Baking Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 5 x 9 loaf pan. Pour 12 oz beer or carbonated water into a medium bowl. Add your Soberdough mix. Stir together until blended. Pour batter into pan and spread out. Bake for 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. For a butter crush: Pour 2 tbsp, melted butter over the top and bake 5 minutes more. Slice and enjoy! Baking Time: 5 x 9 loaf pan 45 minutes. Muffin pan 20 - 25 minute makes 12 muffins. 8 x 8 square pan 20 - 25 minutes.

Unbleached Nonbromated Enriched Flour (Wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Malted Barley Flour, Ascorbic Acid (Dough Conditioner), Cane Sugar, Aluminum Free Baking Powder, Salt, Baking Soda.
