Cooking instructions
You Will Need: 4 eggs. 1-1/3 cups water 2/3 cup oil or melted butter. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease pans (or paper liners for cupcakes). Combine 4 eggs, 1-1/3 cups water and 2/3 cup oil. Add mix and blend well. For single 9 inch round or 8 inch square pan combine: 2 eggs, 12 ounce or just shy of 2 cups mix, 1/3 cup oil and 2/3 cup water and blend well. Cake is done when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Finishing Touches: Frost with gluten free frosting or just enjoy with some fresh strawberries or raspberries and a sprinkle or confectioners sugars. Pan size 8 inch or 9 inch. 9 by 13. Cupcakes. Bake time 20-28 minutes. 30-36 minutes. 15-20 minutes.

Cane Sugar, Sweet Brown Rice Flour, Tapioca Starch, Cocoa (Processed with Alkali), Arrowroot Powder, Rice Syrup Solids (Rice Syrup Solids, Rice Protein, Tocopherols), Citrus Fiber, Baking Soda, Salt and Cream of Tartar.
