Cooking instructions
Do not microwave in package. Keep Refrigerated or Frozen. HOW TO COOK: Cook times may vary depending on your equipment. Oven Roasting: 1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Prepare chicken by removing neck and giblets from body cavity. 2. Place chicken breast side up, on rack in shallow roasting pan. Drizzle with oil, season. 3. Roast 15 min. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F; roast 16-21 min/lb (unstuffed) or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F (check by inserting thermometer into thickest part of inner thigh area where leg connects to body, but not touching the bone). 4. Rest 15 min before carving.
