HOW TO USE:Shake well. Point arrow towards dot on rim.Hold can upright about 10 inches from cookware and away from heat source; spray unheated surfaces evenly until coated. A 1-second spray covers a 10-inch skillet.No-Stick Aerosol Extra Virgin Olive Oil Cooking Spray for stove-top and oven cooking meats, fish and vegetables. Spray on casserole dishes, cookie sheets, skillets, muffin tins and cooking utensils. Use for cooking: eggs, pancakes, waffles, grilled cheese sandwiches and much more. STORAGE: Store at room temperature 68 degrees F-75 degrees F. Do not refrigerate. Do not store at temperatures above 120 degrees F.
