A 1-second spray covers a 10-inch skillet.No-Stick Aerosol Cooking Spray for stove-top and oven cooking meats, fish and vegetables. Spray on casserole dishes, cookie sheets, skillets, muffin tins and cooking utensils. Use for cooking: eggs, pancakes, waffles, grilled cheese sandwiches and much more. STORAGE: Do not store at temperatures above 120 degrees F. Store at room temperature 68 degree F - 75 degrees F.Never spray directly into oven.Never leave can on stove or near source of heat. Can may explode if heated.Intentional misuse by deliberately concentrating and inhaling the contents can beharmful or fatal.Keep out of the reach of children.Do not refrigerate.
