Cooking instructions

Refrigerate after opening.Once opened, refrigerate and use within 6 months.HOW TO USE:Refrigerate after opening.Do not microwave jar.Dissolve 2 teaspoons concentrate in 8 oz. (1 cup) boiling water, use 2 ½ tablespoons per quart (4 cups) of broth needed.Bone broth concentrate can be used in your favorite recipes. Add to any recipe calling for broth, stock or bouillon.Chef Tip: Use bone broth concentrate to enhance recipes in place of added salt.
