Cooking instructions
Store in a cool, dry place. CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES (makes 3 dozen cookies): 1 cup (2 sticks) Wegmans Butter, softened 1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed 1/2 cup granulated sugar 2 large eggs 1 tsp pure vanilla extract 2 Tbsp water 2 1/2 cups flour 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp salt 1 pkg (12 oz) Wegmans Real Chocolate Morsels 1 cup chopped nuts (optional) Bake time may vary depending on your equipment. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F with rack in center. 1. Beat butter and sugars in mixer until creamy. Beat in eggs, one at a time until completely incorporated. Add vanilla and water; mix well. 2. Combine flour, soda and salt; gradually stir into butter mixture. Stir in chocolate morsels and nuts (if desired). 3. Drop rounded tablespoons onto ungreased baking sheets, about 2- inches apart. 4. Bake 10-13 min. Cool on wire racks.
