Cooking instructions

Store in a cool, dry place. HOW TO MAKE: Bake time may vary depending on your equipment. You will need: 1 package mix 2 large eggs ½ cup milk ½ cup vegetable oil 1 tsp vanilla extract Preheat oven to 350 degrees F with rack in center. 1. Grease or use cooking spray on two 8-inch round cake pans. 2. Add cake mix into mixing bowl. Measure eggs, milk, oil and vanilla in separate bowl. Slowly pour wet ingredients into mixer on LOW just to moisten. 3. Continue at MED-HIGH 1 ½ min until light and fluffy. Divide batter evenly; spread into pans. 4. Bake 26 – 29 min. Cake is done when toothpick inserted in center comes out mostly clean (Be Careful Not To Over Bake). Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan. If frosting cake, cool completely. Cupcakes (makes 12 cupcakes): Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 1. Line cupcake pan with baking cups or use cooking spray. Scoop batter evenly. 2. Bake 26-29 min.

Cane Sugar, Cocoa Powder processed with Alkali, Cassava Flour, Sorghum Flour, Whey Protein Concentrate (with Sunflower Lecithin), Potato Starch, Sweet Rice Flour, Modified Corn Starch, Baking Soda,Black Cocoa, Baking Powder (Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Cornstarch, Monocalcium Phosphate), Sea Salt, Xanthan Gum.
