Cooking instructions
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, store remaining uncooked rice in a sealed container. How to Cook: Cooking times may vary depending on equipment. Stove Top: 1. Select number of servings from chart below. Bring water and salt if desired to a boil in medium saucepan.2. Stir in rice and return to boil. Reduce heat to LOW; cover and cook 5 minutes.3. Remove from heat. Stir; cover and let stand 5 minutes or until water is absorbed. Fluff lightly with fork and serve. Stove Top Cooking Chart: 2 Servings = 1 cup rice + 1 cup water; 4 Servings = 2 cups rice + 1 3/4 cups water; 6 Servings = 3 cups rice + 2 1/2 cups water. Microwave (1100 watts):1. Select number of servings from chart below. Combine rice, water and salt, if desired in the selected microwave-safe dish size.2. Cover and cook on HIGH until boiling according to time in chart.3. Let stand 5 minutes or until water is absorbed.4. Remove carefully from microwave; fluff lightly with fork and serve.Microwave Cooking Chart2 Servings = 1 cup rice + 1 cup water, 6 minutes in microwave; 4 Servings = 2 cups rice + 1 3/4 cups water, 8 minutes in microwave. 6 servings = 3 cups rice + 2 1/2 cups water, 11 minutes in microwave.
