Stovetop: 1. Bring water and salt, if desired to a boil in medium saucepan. 2. Stir in rice; cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes or until water is absorbed Fluff lightly with fork and serve. Microwave (1100 watts): 1. Combine rice, water and salt, if desired. in a microwave-safe dish. 2. Cover and cook on High until boiling according to time chart. 3. Let stand 5 minutes or until all water is absorbed. 4. Remove carefully from microwave; fluff lightly with fork and serve.
